The work it supports

Core capabilities

Scheduling: the dispatch interface combines a Gantt schedule with resource availability, skill and certification information, plus conflict checks. These are documented planning tools; their performance in a particular operation still depends on configuration and data quality.

Invoicing: turn approved field tickets into invoices using recorded labor, equipment and materials. The vendor also describes combining multiple completed jobs into one customer invoice.

Price books: assign multiple rate books by customer, contract or service type. The invoicing documentation describes applying customer-specific rates, discounts and markups as invoices are created.

Pricing and getting started

FieldEquip asks buyers to request a custom quote and describes the offer as one annual subscription scoped to the operation. Obtain the written price and included configuration for your team; the reviewed page does not provide a fixed subscription amount.

Before you choose

The vendor describes capturing job data, photos, customer signatures and checklists offline, followed by automatic sync when connectivity returns. Confirm device support, offline function limits and what happens when records change on both sides.

Allow for implementation work. FieldEquip says its own team delivers the setup, with published ranges of 2–6 weeks for owner-operator teams, 4–12 weeks for growth and mid-market teams, and phased rollouts of one to two quarters for larger deployments. Treat these as vendor estimates and agree a project-specific scope.

ERP connectivity needs a configuration discussion. The reviewed pages describe pre-built connections and open APIs, but do not establish the exact version support, data mappings or delivery effort for your environment.
