Who it is for
A local service business can use a form and request campaign after a completed job, then place approved testimonials on a service page. A multi-property or online business can import feedback from external review sites and choose where it appears. Those are use cases suggested by the product workflow, not measured results.
Teams already holding a customer list can bring contacts in by CSV, API, webhook or connected integration. That may reduce manual entry, but verify the actual connector, consent basis and trigger logic before importing real customer records.

Core capabilities
EndoForms provide a direct route for a customer to submit a review or testimonial. AutoRequests can send email or SMS invitations, with templates or a custom message that inserts customer data. First decide when a request should go out and what the customer will see.
Customer data can enter by CSV, REST API, webhook or integration, with custom attributes available for campaign targeting and personalization. A small fictional contact batch is enough to check mapping and message preview before any real campaign.
The AutoRequests dashboard reports opens, clicks and new reviews. Those measures help tune an invitation sequence, but they are campaign indicators rather than proof that recipients consented, that a review was published, or that revenue changed.
Existing feedback can be imported from platforms such as Google, Facebook and Yelp. The vendor says new reviews can be pulled through automatically. Imported reviews can sit beside direct Endorsal submissions in website widgets, with their source shown to visitors.
Embeddable widgets let the team select a layout and adjust styling for its site. ReviewHQ is a separate floating panel that lets visitors browse collected reviews. Test mobile placement, loading and source attribution on the real website before making the widget prominent.
Widget configuration changes are described as reflecting on the site, and Endorsal also supports automatic sharing of selected testimonials to social channels. Set a clear internal selection and permission step before feedback appears in a public placement.

Pricing and getting started
The captured pricing page offers Starter, Professional and Advanced, and also mentions a limited Free plan with 100 total contacts and 1,000 monthly visitors. The page has selectors for billing period, display currency, customer count and monthly unique visitors; it says displayed prices are approximate and actual billing is in USD. Use the live selector or a written quote for the applicable total.
Starter lists one property, Professional three and Advanced five. Here a property is a unique domain using the embed and collecting testimonials. The plan also measures contacts, visitors, monthly email and SMS usage, video capacity and API calls. Several figures appear as unresolved template variables in the static capture, so confirm the chosen tier allowance before buying.
SMS overages are metered per message segment. That matters if a request campaign uses SMS or reaches international numbers: estimate message volume and ask for the exact rate and plan allowance in the chosen market.
Professional lists extra display and marketing features, including Wall of Love, social sharing, video downloads and previews, incentivised requests, removed Endorsal branding and custom domains. The page advertises a 14-day trial without a credit card; confirm current feature rights and trial transition in the actual signup flow.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
A sound pilot starts with a fictional customer and one draft request. Check the form, template variables, send timing and destination before loading a real contact list or sending invitations. The public site describes these functions; this research did not enter an account or send messages.
If importing from another review site, inspect sample attribution and freshness, then decide which reviews may be displayed. Test an embedded widget and ReviewHQ at desktop and phone sizes, especially if the page already has chat or other floating controls.
For a budget comparison, count unique visitors across all properties rather than page views, and count each separate domain as a property. Price the contact tier and SMS message segments against expected volume; the static pricing capture is insufficient to state all exact allowances.
Before publishing testimonials or automating social sharing, confirm the permissions and review-selection process your business needs. The vendor documents collection and publication tools; this listing does not establish legal compliance, review authenticity or a performance lift.
