Who it is for

A small business or newsletter publisher can use the campaign creator to select recipients, design a message, test a subject or design variation, and schedule delivery. The Free plan provides a limited starting point; paid tiers expand contact and email volume.

Teams with different subscriber interests can work with static lists and dynamic segments. Segment conditions can use contact information, engagement statistics and custom fields; a follow-up automation can start when a contact joins a list or clicks a link.

Pricing and getting started

The current Free plan advertises up to 1,000 contacts and 3,000 emails a month, with a 100-email daily sending limit; no card is required to register. Official pages disagree on automation access for both Free and Starter, so confirm those entitlements in an account before relying on them.

At the displayed 2,500-contact level, Starter is $29 and Pro is $49 per month, each with up to 37,500 monthly emails, as checked October 15, 2026. The pricing matrix shows one automation on Free and Starter versus unlimited on Pro; the automation page names Starter and Pro, while a current vendor FAQ says workflows require Pro. Confirm actual Free and Starter access and the checkout total.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly. Check both contact and send limits and whether automatic limit increases are enabled; the vendor says an enabled setting can move an account to a higher billed tier when limits are exceeded.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Before sending, verify the sending domain, prepare an opted-in contact list, choose the correct recipients and test the template. Review opens, clicks, bounces and the campaign summary after sending.

A dynamic segment changes when contacts meet or stop meeting its rules. Evaluate a proposed segment before sending, especially if it excludes disengaged contacts or uses custom fields.

Automation setup uses a trigger and a sequence of actions or conditions. Start with a narrow welcome path, inspect the list-join and email-interaction triggers, and confirm plan access before publishing a broader flow.

Contact billing depends on status and timing: current help counts Active, Engaged and Transactional contacts, and notes that contacts emailed before a later status change can still count in that period. Check subaccount behavior and your billing screen before a large import.

Research scope. Current public official pages were checked October 15, 2026. No account, domain verification, import, campaign send, automation, Free signup or checkout was tested.
