On-premises subscriptions require at least twenty-five user licenses. Easy8 also describes cloud, server subscription and perpetual server license paths; an expired server subscription stops use, while a perpetual license continues without updates or support after that term and may have limited features. Confirm the licensing and hosting arrangement in writing.
The advertised free trial lasts thirty days and requires no credit card. The vendor says an expired trial locks the account and keeps trial data for only two more weeks before deletion; some advanced extensions require a sales conversation to test. Plan an export or purchase decision before expiry.

The help page says start and due dates are needed for proper operation unless project dates are calculated from tasks; it also identifies resource management as a separate plugin. Verify the schedule and plugin entitlement for your intended workflow.
Task ownership is single-assignee in the vendor description, with due date, priority and status. Comments, history and files add context, but decide how your team will handle tasks involving several contributors.
Dashboards span user, project, feature and custom contexts, and project views may show statistics, time spent, documents and member tasks. Modules can be switched per project and user roles affect access, so check the views with the actual permissions your team will use.
Plan selection matters: the advertised trial may expose more than the package eventually purchased, and larger teams face license minimums. Confirm the exact Gantt, dashboard, portfolio and add-on entitlements with sales before a rollout.
