Find your fit
Who it is for
It suits a marketing or ecommerce team that wants to test website offers and collect better lead context without asking developers to rebuild each campaign. A small test should use one real site page and one fictional form submission to check targeting, consent and the destination field mapping.
Agencies with several client websites should count each separately. ConvertFlow treats each website as its own campaign, tracking and plan unit, so a single advertised base price may not cover a multi-site rollout.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Build a funnel from landing pages, forms, embedded calls to action, popups and quizzes. The drag-and-drop builder and multi-step forms let a team ask only the next useful question instead of putting every field on one screen.
Start from a template and save a reusable version for future campaigns. Review the page at mobile width and test the complete sequence before publishing a funnel on the live site.
Popup forms can include custom fields and multiple steps. Trigger and targeting options include page, UTM, location, visit history and cart activity; suppression after dismissal helps avoid repeatedly showing the same offer.
Add marketing and privacy consent checkboxes where appropriate, then collect an email address or other contact fields. Map each opt-in field to the intended external list or CRM field and test it with fictional data.
Connected email, SMS and CRM tools can receive form data or provide contact segments for on-site personalization. Confirm the chosen connector and plan rights before relying on an automated follow-up in another system.
Use visitor activity or a returning-contact segment to show a more relevant on-site message. Test subscriber exclusion and cart rules so an existing customer does not see an acquisition offer meant for a new visitor.
Inspect funnel reports for views, conversions and completion, then compare variants in an A/B test. A reported conversion or attributed revenue is a measurement, not proof that the tool caused a particular sale.
Schedule a group of on-site campaigns with Broadcasts and set them to revert afterward. Preview the beginning and ending state so an expired promotion is not left on the site.
Publish a form as a landing page, popup or embed. Check the site and custom-domain configuration for the selected plan before sending traffic to a new URL.

Pricing and getting started
The current public pricing page displays Personal from $29 per month with up to 10,000 monthly funnel views and 10 campaigns, Prime from $99 with up to 30,000 views and 25 campaigns, and Pro from $299 with up to 100,000 views. Newsletter, CRM/SMS and advanced experiment rights vary by tier, so check the selected plan and billing term rather than assuming every listed feature is included.
The FAQ describes a free tier for five funnels, but the same page also says to upgrade to go live and to integrate with other tools. Confirm free publishing and connector rights in the current account before using the free tier as the basis for a launch.
Billing is tied to views of ConvertFlow campaigns, rather than every site visit. The FAQ describes automatic traffic-limit upgrades at the limit and separate monthly charges for additional websites; annual billing does not necessarily remove monthly usage charges.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Start with one form on a test page, a fictional lead and one connected destination. Verify consent, field mapping, subscriber exclusion and that the contact arrives in the correct external list before turning on a live campaign.
Estimate the number of websites, expected funnel views and peak promotion traffic. An automatic limit upgrade can change the bill; review how overage and additional sites are charged under the selected monthly or annual term.
Separate funnel publication from downstream email or SMS sending. ConvertFlow can collect and sync contacts, but the connected provider controls its own messaging permissions, suppression, delivery and separate costs.
For experiments, define what a completed funnel means and check each variant on mobile and desktop. Use reporting to compare view and completion counts, without treating vendor case studies as a guaranteed result.
