Find your fit
Who it is for
An operations or finance team with agreements scattered across folders can bulk import its documents, attach amendments, fill important fields and set date alerts. A small sample should check metadata quality and whether the right person receives every renewal notice.
A legal or procurement group that needs internal sign-off can use the higher-tier approval queue and then send the approved version for signature. Review who can edit, approve and view a document before involving real counterparties.
A team with many contract requests can consider Maximize for intake forms, templates, stage tracking and AI-assisted review. Test whether those stages match its actual decision process rather than treating the AI output as a legal conclusion.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Add an agreement by drag-and-drop or direct upload, email it to the account, or link an online agreement. Each route needs a clear folder and owner so the same agreement does not become several competing records.
For a larger migration, standard support can bulk upload documents and associated data supplied by the customer. Paid Jump Start is different: the vendor extracts contract data before uploading it. Check mapping and a sample of dates before importing the full archive.
Use fields, forms and AI-assisted extraction to populate key contract details, then verify the important dates and parties against the source document. Search can find words in documents, including scans; saved views and reports help reuse the resulting inventory.
Set automated email reminders on renewal, termination or other chosen dates. A useful pilot follows one fictional contract through its notice period and verifies recipient, timing and what happens when the contract owner changes.
Keep an amendment or related file attached to its main agreement and assign access through roles or permission groups. Because the permissions model is being migrated across accounts, confirm the actual configuration and try it with separate test roles.
On Finalize or Maximize, route an agreement to individual approvers or saved groups and see which reviews are still pending. After final sign-off, send the approved version toward signature without treating an earlier draft as executed.
Embedded e-signature on eligible plans tracks signer status and the completed record. Check signer order, field placement, request email and final-file retention with a fictional document; the team remains responsible for its legal process.
Maximize can show a contract moving from receipt through active work, approval, signing and management. Its AI review can flag terms for human inspection, but it does not change the contract text or decide whether the agreement should be accepted.

Pricing and getting started
Organize includes the repository, search, reminders, fields and AI data extraction. Finalize adds redlining, approvals, embedded e-sign and selected integrations. Maximize adds intake, templates, lifecycle tracking and AI Contract Review. Confirm the chosen plan before relying on a feature.
The site shows starting monthly prices of $450 for Organize, $660 for Finalize and $815 for Maximize. The quote depends on the feature tier and contract-volume band, with unlimited users rather than a per-seat meter.
Count agreements in the live repository when choosing a volume band. Archived documents and attachments do not count toward that total, so define what belongs in the archive before paying for capacity and keep related files attached to the proper contract.
The page shows annual-prepaid and monthly payment options. It says transactions settle in USD; other currency displays are reference conversions. Confirm the selected term, volume band, exchange treatment, taxes and payment method in a written quote.
All plans list onboarding, migration support, unlimited users and unlimited archive/attachments; optional Jump Start extraction is separately priced. The current official page offers a seven-day no-card trial with sample contracts. Authorized users can export document backups and a CSV of contract data/reminders.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Before moving sensitive agreements, test a fictional or approved sample end to end: upload, classify, search, set a date alert, attach an amendment and check what an authorized versus restricted colleague can see. Validate AI-extracted details against the original pages.
If approval and signing matter, confirm that Finalize or Maximize is selected, and run a safe internal test of version, approval state, signer fields, cancellation and completed-copy storage. Keep a person responsible for document review and legal sign-off.
Price the real contract count, plan, billing term and optional extraction work. Run an export during evaluation so the organization understands the document and metadata it can recover if it changes systems.
