Who it is for

An individual creator can use Standard for a single workspace and a small set of connected accounts. Teams that need shared conversation handling or approval should compare Advanced rather than assuming those tools come with the entry plan.

Agencies can separate clients into dedicated workspaces, share posts for external review and prepare recurring reports. Agency Unlimited expands collaboration and client management, but social-account and add-on limits still affect the quote.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Publishing: create and schedule channel-specific posts from one workspace, using the content calendar to organize the queue. Check the exact network, account type and format your team needs before relying on direct publishing.

Engagement: handle supported comments, messages and reviews in a shared inbox. Inbox access starts with Advanced; interaction types differ by network.

Analytics: inspect post and channel performance from a shared dashboard. Metrics depend on the connected network, and scheduled report exports are listed with Advanced.

Pricing and getting started

The current official offer has a one-time seven-day trial without a card. ContentStudio explicitly says there is no permanent free plan; choose a paid plan to keep using the account after the trial.

Standard includes one user, one workspace, five connected social accounts, publishing and analytics. Advanced adds inbox, approvals, collaboration and scheduled report exports. Agency Unlimited increases client and team capacity. Check term, currency, social-account total, add-ons and tax in the actual checkout.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Publishing coverage is broader than inbox coverage. The help pages identify Facebook and Instagram messages/comments, LinkedIn page comments, Google Business reviews and YouTube comments; a separate FAQ says TikTok inbox replies are not available even though TikTok publishing is supported.

External approval links can allow comments and approve/reject actions without a login. Review link permissions and password settings before sharing, and tell clients that approval records include their name and email.

For teamwork, test how inbox assignments and internal notes move between staff. Confirm each required social account has the permissions needed for messages and reviews to appear.

Reports can be exported or scheduled, but available metrics vary by platform and the scheduled report feature is listed with Advanced. Run one sample report with your own connected accounts before promising a client a particular measure.
