CompanyHub

What it does

CompanyHub is a customizable sales CRM. A team can keep contact and lead details together, track an opportunity through deal stages, sync sales conversations and set a rule to create a follow-up task when a stage changes. Its core value is making the next sales step visible to colleagues who share a pipeline.

Find your fit

Who it is for

It is aimed at sales teams in smaller businesses that need a configurable pipeline and contact record rather than a fixed list of fields. A useful evaluation follows one fictional lead from import or creation through a stage change, follow-up task and report.

Teams with several product or service sales processes can assess whether separate pipelines and custom fields reflect their real work. Those needs affect tier choice, so model the workflow before choosing a plan.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

A contact record collects notes, tasks, conversations, emails and associated records. Check how the team defines a lead versus a contact or company so duplicates and handoffs do not scatter history.

Create and edit leads from an Excel-like list. Existing contact or company data can be imported, but sample a fictional spreadsheet first to check field mapping, duplicates and company association.

Add custom fields to forms, list views, saved filters and reports. Decide which fields should be visible or editable by each role before opening the database to a wider sales team.

Move a deal through customized pipeline stages by drag-and-drop. The pipeline can show deal amount by stage; use separate pipelines where products or services follow materially different sales processes.

Sync a team member’s email account to keep contact conversations in the CRM even when messages are sent outside it. Validate matching by email address and the intended visibility before connecting a real mailbox.

Email templates, scheduling, tracking, bulk mail and no-reply reminders are advertised. A fictional no-send review should check the selected mailbox, unsubscribe and provider limits before enabling outreach.

A visual UTron automation can create a follow-up task after a deal-stage change or create a deal after a company is added. Test the trigger and duplicate behavior with fictional records before letting a rule affect real leads.

Filter reports by user, time period or custom fields to review activity, deal size and close rates. Interpret the numbers alongside the team’s definitions for a lead, open deal and won sale.

Record ownership and visibility can be configured with assignments and hierarchy-based controls; custom tables can hold another type of business record. Confirm field and export rights before using the CRM for sensitive or unrelated data.

Pricing and getting started

The current public pricing page displays per-user Productivity, Automation and Accelerate tiers. Its USD column shows $15, $24 and $42 per user per month on annual billing, or $21, $36 and $64 billed monthly, alongside rupee amounts. Confirm the applicable currency, region, tax and term at checkout rather than treating the two columns as interchangeable.

Productivity displays one deal pipeline and one synced email account per user. Automation displays multiple pipelines, three email accounts per user, standard and custom reports, and workflow rules. Accelerate adds custom tables, dynamic forms, document and quote tools, and territory controls.

A 14-day no-card trial is advertised. Monthly and annual subscriptions later auto-renew until cancelled under the vendor’s refund policy, so check signup and cancellation terms before converting a trial to paid use.

For bulk mail, the pricing FAQ says CompanyHub sends through the user’s own email address and server, so the provider’s daily limit applies as well as CompanyHub’s stated up-to-1,000-per-day limit. Estimate sales outreach separately from the base seat price.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Use fictional leads to test import, contact-company association, field permissions and a deal moving between stages. Then check whether the intended owner sees the automatically created follow-up task once and only once.

Map the minimum tier to the real pipeline. A team that needs multiple pipelines, custom reports or stage-triggered rules should check Automation rights rather than assuming the Productivity plan includes them.

Before connecting a real mailbox, verify two-way sync scope, duplicate matching and who can view conversation history. Check the sender provider’s daily restrictions and CompanyHub’s own stated limit before bulk outreach.

The pricing page shows USD and INR amounts without proving which currency applies to a particular account. Record the actual checkout currency, tax and billing interval, and understand that paid subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Avoid treating pipeline reports or automated reminders as proof of sales improvement. Define stage and activity rules first, then compare CRM measures with actual closed deals over time.
