Coevera

What it does

Coevera, formerly Pipeliner CRM, is a B2B sales CRM built around a visual pipeline. A team can keep accounts and contacts together, move opportunities through its sales stages, assign follow-up work and review the pipeline from several views. The vendor also offers no-code automation and Voyager AI; their value depends on the team’s process, data and purchased rights.

Find your fit

Who it is for

It is aimed at B2B sales teams with a defined, multi-step process and managers who need to inspect deal progress. A team selling through several products, regions or groups can configure separate pipelines. A very small team should discuss the listed user minimum before treating the per-user card as its actual price.

The account view may help organizations selling to several stakeholders in one company: it describes relationship maps, org charts and deal activity alongside contacts. Check the rights for account health and account plans separately, because the pricing matrix varies related features by tier or add-on.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Start with the account and contact records. The current matrix lists CSV import, so a migration pilot can use a small fictional sample to check field mapping, duplicate handling and who may see each account before loading real customer data.

An opportunity can move between custom stages in the visual pipeline while a seller updates its value or owner. Compare the Kanban, list, chart or other views against the same sample opportunities to see whether a manager’s review and a rep’s daily work stay consistent.

Custom stages, fields and workflows allow separate pipelines for products, regions or teams. Define stage entry and exit rules first; otherwise a visually tidy board can still hide inconsistent qualification or handoff between teams.

Shared views, activity feeds and deal notes provide a common place to discuss progress. For a team handoff, test whether the new owner can see the preceding notes and next task with the intended permissions.

The key account features describe relationship maps, org charts and multi-stakeholder tracking. Use a fictional complex account to see whether the people, roles and open opportunities are understandable; confirm whether account health and account planning are included in the chosen tier.

The visual automation builder connects triggers to actions. Coevera gives a deal-stage change that assigns tasks, notifies colleagues and updates a forecast as an example. Test one harmless rule with fictional records, including what happens when a deal is moved backward or reassigned.

The vendor describes email, calendar, API, webhook and marketing-app connections. Ask for the exact connector, sync direction and failure handling in a demonstration; a broad integration list does not establish that a particular company’s systems will share every field.

Voyager 1 is described as included AI help for email drafts, document search and opportunity or call summaries. Voyager 2 adds credit-based agents for call preparation, guidance, reports, automations and forms. Review output and approval behavior with fictional data before allowing either tier to use real sales material.

Pricing and getting started

On the viewed pricing page, Business is displayed at $85, Enterprise at $115 and Unlimited at $150 per user per month when billed annually. The same cards show $100, $130 and $165 respectively if billed monthly. The page uses a dollar sign without an explicit currency code in the captured cards, so confirm currency, tax, contract term and local quote.

Each pricing card lists a 15-user minimum, but Coevera explicitly invites smaller teams with an expansion story to contact it. Monthly payments are conditional on approved credit and finance terms. Request a written total for the real seat count, billing schedule and any implementation or support costs.

The pricing matrix marks Voyager 2 as paid even though it includes a free monthly credit allowance; usage beyond that allowance is charged, with admin-set spending caps. Other features can differ by tier or be paid add-ons. Compare the desired account, automation, AI and integration rights line by line before committing.

The trial page advertises 14 days of full access without a credit card. Use that time to test a fictional account, a representative pipeline and one approval or automation path; confirm what remains available after trial and whether the quoted plan matches what was tested.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Before migration, map the current sales stages and a few account/contact fields to Coevera. Run a fictional deal through qualification, owner change and handoff, then inspect the manager view, notes and activity history. This is a check of fit, not a claim that vendor onboarding time or sales outcomes are guaranteed.

Confirm country-specific billing and support, the actual currency, seat minimum exception, AI credit charges and connector entitlements in a written proposal. The site markets use across North America, the UK, Europe and Australasia, but that does not settle every local commercial or data requirement.
