Find your fit
Who it is for
It fits retailers, e-commerce sellers, wholesalers and manufacturers that must coordinate physical stock with incoming purchase orders and customer demand. Pilot a few product types and one complete purchasing-to-sale cycle before importing a large catalog.
If the business sells across storefronts, marketplaces or warehouses, first map each location and channel to the exact included integrations and warehouse tools in its proposed Core plan.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
The purchasing workflow can take a purchase order through stock receipt, with vendor-described barcode and serial or batch capture. The purchasing page also describes approvals before receipt or invoice processing. Try one partial delivery and one mismatched item to see how staff resolve them.
Cin7 describes stock visibility for on-hand, committed and in-transit goods. Compare these figures with one physical count and a reserved customer order before allowing a storefront to promise availability automatically.
Sales orders from multiple channels can be managed in a central fulfillment flow. Test an order from each channel the business will connect and compare the resulting stock decrement and fulfillment status.
Warehouse pages describe stock visibility across locations. The Core pricing detail separates standard and advanced warehouse management, so demonstrate the picking, packing, barcode and location workflow in the exact proposed tier.
The Core page names Shopify, Amazon, Xero and QuickBooks connections and describes inventory and sales reporting. The connection catalog is much larger than the number of app integrations included in a plan, so select and price the exact connectors used by the test order.

Pricing and getting started
Current pricing displays Core Standard at $349, Pro at $599 and Advanced at $1,199 per month for new customers, in USD before tax. Cin7 Omni is a separate contact-led offer. Get a dated quote for term, onboarding, taxes and any additions before comparing total cost.
Standard lists five users, two e-commerce/app integrations and 6,000 sale orders per year. Pro lists ten users, four integrations and 24,000 orders; Advanced lists fifteen users, six integrations and 120,000 orders. Count busy-month transactions as well as annual totals, and ask how extra users, integrations and order volume are charged.
Pro pricing includes material requirements planning, while Advanced adds advanced warehouse management. Forecasting, B2B Portal and POS are shown as add-ons in the Core Standard table. Request a feature and add-on matrix for the particular tier and workflow being purchased.
The Standard summary lists unlimited inventory locations, but its detailed Standard warehouse-management description says the mobile WMS supports one warehouse location. Ask Cin7 to show how ordinary stock locations differ from mobile warehouse operations if the business uses multiple sites.
The public pricing page invites a free trial, but the retained page does not establish a numeric duration. Confirm the trial term and included tier before starting a live data migration.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
An acceptance test should follow one supplier purchase through receipt, stock reservation, a channel sale, picking and packing, and accounting review. Check the actual location, order-volume and integration rights against the quoted Core plan before switching live channels.
