Broadly

What it does

Broadly is a customer engagement platform for local businesses with a dedicated Reputation AI offering. The review workflow is to ask customers for feedback, track the resulting reviews and respond from a shared place. Broadly says the former Get More Reviews product now lives in this area, so buyers should treat it as part of Broadly's current platform.

Who it is for

A local service business that finishes many jobs each week can turn the post-job moment into a repeatable review request process. The team can return to the review inbox and reporting to see what feedback arrived and decide who will respond.

Broadly sells a broader AI Workforce bundle as well as standalone Reputation AI plans. Choose based on the review workflow you actually need: managing Google and Facebook reviews, drafting replies, and automatically requesting and responding are different tier steps.

Core capabilities

Use a campaign to ask a customer for a review by email or SMS. Broadly's current walkthrough shows both a one-off request and an automatic after-job path, while the standalone pricing page places automatic requesting in Premium. Confirm the trigger and tier before promising a hands-off flow.

The older review-platform guide describes choosing when a post-service request is sent. Test that timing with a harmless sample contact so it follows a completed service and avoids duplicate or poorly timed requests.

Reputation AI's walkthrough locates Campaigns, Sentiment Check, the review inbox and reporting together. This gives staff a route from the outreach campaign to incoming feedback and a summary view, rather than searching each channel in isolation.

Broadly Engage lets staff respond to a review manually. AI-generated drafts are listed for standalone Reputation AI Pro, while Premium is the tier explicitly described as automatically requesting and responding. Review the proposed tone and approval behavior before allowing automated replies, especially for sensitive complaints.

Google Business Profile and Facebook connections are required for the documented review response and AI reputation tools. Broadly's migration guide says the account can still work without them, but review responses and the full AI reputation function will be unavailable until connected.

Broadly Engage describes rules for which reviews AI responds to. Treat this as a setup decision to verify against the chosen tier: decide which feedback deserves a human reply and test one positive and one critical example before using automation.

A Review Display Widget can put selected review content on a business website. Existing Broadly customers moving from the legacy app need to install a new widget; the older widget does not carry over automatically.

The Broadly Engage mobile app can notify a team about new reviews, which helps an owner or manager follow feedback away from a desk. Check who receives alerts and who is responsible for the actual response.

Pricing and getting started

On the official pricing page viewed October 20, 2026, standalone Reputation AI Standard is displayed at $79 per month for Google and Facebook review management. Pro is displayed at $89 per month with AI-generated response drafts. Confirm currency, billing and any onboarding terms in the final quote.

Reputation AI Premium is call-for-pricing and is the standalone tier that lists automatic review requests and responses. The page also sells an AI Workforce package with receptionist, social, website and listing services; its bundle pricing should not be read as the cost of Reputation AI alone.

Broadly says its former app retired in April 2026 and migrated customers to Broadly Engage. Existing customers should verify their current plan and review widget during that transition; the public standalone tier card does not establish what a legacy contract includes.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Pilot one completed service with a test contact. Send a manual email or SMS review request, inspect the destination, then check where the resulting test feedback appears in the review inbox and reports. Confirm how duplicate requests are prevented before enabling an automatic trigger.

Connect the intended Google Business Profile and Facebook pages, then test a manual response and, if subscribed, an AI draft. Define a human approval path for sensitive reviews and check exactly which rules the selected tier supports.

Before changing a legacy Broadly or Get More Reviews setup, locate historical campaigns, contacts and review inbox data in Reputation AI and verify any website review widget. Broadly says the old app and widget do not continue unchanged.
