Breakcold

What it does

Breakcold is a sales CRM that brings people, companies, deals and conversations into one working place. A seller can add a lead, keep its context in a connected inbox, move it through a pipeline and turn the next step into a task. The product also exposes CRM tools to connected AI agents, so agent access deserves its own permission review.

Find your fit

Who it is for

It is most relevant to a sales team or consultant that works across several conversation channels and wants the interaction history beside lead and deal records. Confirm that the exact channels and accounts the team uses connect successfully before relying on a unified view.

A team willing to connect an AI client can use the MCP tools for record lookup and follow-up workflows. Assign a narrow scope first, then decide separately whether the agent should edit CRM records or send messages.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Keep people, company and deal records in the CRM, and add custom objects or fields when the standard record structure does not fit. A small fictional lead set is enough to check whether the team can find the context it needs.

Use more than one sales pipeline to follow different lead types. Move a sample deal through its stages and check which stage and owner will be responsible for the next follow-up.

Connect relevant conversation accounts to bring email, chat and social messages into a shared CRM inbox. Test a harmless conversation on each needed channel; a platform named on the site is not proof that a particular account is connected or permitted.

Create, assign and track tasks from a conversation or record. A reminder and progress status help keep a promised follow-up visible after the conversation moves on.

Meeting capture and insights are advertised for transcription, summaries, decisions and action items. Test the chosen meeting path and review a fictional transcript before depending on its extracted next steps.

Enrichment can fill contact and company fields without replacing manual entries. Smart Views can organize records by AI-powered criteria. Check the source and accuracy of enriched fields before a salesperson uses them.

Record owners and role permissions support team work while limiting access to personal conversations. Separate workspaces can keep different business or client contexts apart; test visibility with a non-sensitive example.

Inbound webhooks can receive external events, and outbound webhooks can send CRM events to other apps. Map the event and record fields on a test integration before making the connection operational.

The hosted MCP connection offers record, task, note and inbox tools to compatible AI clients. Record updates and outgoing replies are distinct capabilities; grant only the scopes the chosen workflow needs.

Pricing and getting started

The current primary pricing page lists a $99 monthly base plan with one seat, two connected accounts and 3,000 AI CRM actions. Additional seats and connected accounts are listed at $10 per month each. Check the selected region, currency and checkout total, especially if more people or channels need access.

Quarterly and annual billing have advertised savings of 10% and 20% compared with monthly billing. The site advertises a 14-day trial and says existing paying customers retain old pricing. A new buyer should confirm the term and current offer shown at signup.

The included AI CRM actions use a token system, and the price calculator includes token overage. Person and company metadata enrichment is described as token-free, while missing email/phone discovery, AI features and call recording can consume tokens. Model a realistic active-contact workflow before estimating usage.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

For an AI connection, start read-only and review the OAuth consent and workspace permissions. Grant record-writing or inbox-sending scopes only after checking the exact action path with fictional data; an outbound message is a real external action once enabled.

Check the connected-account allowance against each mailbox or social account the team needs. Two accounts are listed in the current base plan; additional accounts add monthly cost. Older Breakcold pages may describe different allowances, so use the current checkout for the final decision.

Test one representative lead from capture through record enrichment, inbox conversation, pipeline stage and follow-up task. Review meeting summaries and AI-filled data rather than assuming they are accurate, and keep permissions narrow while evaluating.
