Find your fit
Who it is for
An equipment or event-rental operator can track each valuable item separately, while a business with interchangeable goods can manage bulk quantities. Reserving a rental blocks the chosen stock for that period; returning it makes the item available again.
A business taking reservations online can publish a hosted booking page so customers browse available products and book for their dates. If an existing website is already in use, that page can also be linked from it.
A team handling maintenance windows or several pickup sites should compare paid tiers and add-ons carefully. The current grid highlights downtime scheduling on Grow and multi-location operation on Scale, with separate charges for additional locations.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Date-based availability. A reservation blocks its item or quantity for the rental period, helping staff see what remains available before accepting another booking.
Individual or bulk inventory. Assign unique IDs to trackable items when the exact unit matters, or manage interchangeable items as a quantity.
Pickup and return records. Staff can select the stock items handed over or returned, and the completed return restores availability for later orders.
Online booking page. A hosted storefront presents rentable products and lets customers place bookings without a separate site build.
Bundles and rental rates. Group items into a package and set prices by product, variation or length of rental.
Maintenance and locations. Block stock while it is unavailable for repairs on the applicable plan; Scale highlights multi-location operations with separately priced extra locations.
Optional scanning. Barcode generation and scanning require the Barcode scanning add-on and are available with Grow or Scale; they are not a base-plan promise.

Pricing and getting started
The current pricing page offers Start, Grow and Scale, with monthly or yearly selection and an advertised 20% yearly discount. Its grid displays 29 versus 35 for Start, 69 versus 87 for Grow, and 149 versus 187 for Scale as yearly-selector versus monthly amounts per month. The retained public text does not label a currency, so confirm local currency, tax and final billed amount before relying on those figures.
All plans are advertised with unlimited inventory and orders and no Booqable commission on bookings. That does not eliminate payment-provider charges; the help center says processing fees depend on plan, provider and payment method.
The pricing grid separates the website builder and mobile point-of-sale add-ons from the base plan. Barcode scanning is a Grow/Scale add-on, and extra locations are separately priced for Scale. Check the exact add-on amount and seats in the selected billing view.
A 14-day trial is advertised without a credit card. Help says trial access spans features from all paid plans, so a feature tested during the trial may require a higher tier or add-on afterward.

Before you choose
Map stock before import: which items need individual IDs, which are interchangeable quantities, and whether maintenance buffers, bundles or multiple pickup sites matter. These choices affect how availability is maintained and which plan to compare.
Walk through a complete reservation, pickup and return during the trial. The return status is what restores items for later rentals, and trial access is broader than some paid tiers. No real booking, payment, pickup, return or add-on purchase was tested for this listing.
Check the entire cost for the chosen region and workflow: billing term, any barcode, website or mobile add-ons, extra locations, and payment processing. The main pricing extract does not identify its billing currency.
