Find your fit
Who it is for
It suits appointment-based service businesses already running a WordPress site and willing to administer a plugin. Salons, clinics, consultants and similar teams can publish a service menu and let customers choose available times without using a separate hosted booking site.
A buyer should map locations, staff, services and payment expectations before choosing a license. The plugin’s domain-bound activation, plan-specific staging access and optional add-ons matter if the site has a staging environment or several branded locations.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Install and activate the plugin in WordPress, then add its booking panel through a shortcode or block. The installation guide says the visible panel still needs working hours, a location, services and staff before it is useful. Test the booking page on the actual WordPress theme before sending customers there.
Organize services into categories and set each service’s price, duration and assigned staff. Booknetic requires at least one staff member for a service to be bookable. A small sample catalog helps catch a missing assignment or the wrong service length before launch.
Set service buffers when preparation or cleanup occupies time around the visit. Staff can have weekly hours, breaks, special days and holidays in addition to general business hours. Check a busy day and a holiday in the booking panel so the slots match the team’s real availability.
The customer booking sequence can include location, staff, service, date and time, information, payment and confirmation. Administrators can reorder or hide steps; placing staff before service filters the next service choices to that person, while the reverse order filters staff to the chosen service.
The Appointments area lets staff find a booking, edit service, staff or time, inspect payment details and export appointments as CSV. Administrators can also add a booking manually with a customer, slot and status. Pilot an edit and a manual addition to see how staff handle exceptions to online self-booking.
Payment settings can hold a selected slot for a configured time while a customer finishes payment, then release it if payment is incomplete. Appointment status and actual payment are separate checks: the documentation says a paid service can be marked approved without payment through the booking panel. Reconcile both before treating a booking as paid.

Pricing and getting started
The plugin has Basic, Standard, Premium and Elite licenses with annual and one-time choices. The current pricing view uses a campaign comparison, and the vendor says prices and included add-ons may change. Compare the live checkout and selected currency rather than budgeting from a promotional strike-through amount.
Licenses attach to a domain. The captured grid lists one domain for Basic, one plus a staging domain for Standard, more for Premium and unlimited domains for Elite; the license page says staging rights depend on the selected plan. Confirm the active and staging domains before purchasing or moving a site.
Annual licenses receive updates while active; when an annual subscription ends, the installed version can keep running, but new updates and add-on downloads/access stop unless renewed. One-time plans are described with lifetime updates according to tier. Ask for the exact support and update terms on the order.
The pricing grid places local payment in Basic and names Stripe, PayPal and Woo payments in Standard. Other gateways and add-ons vary by tier or Boostore purchase. Confirm the gateway, merchant account, processing costs and whether deposits or notifications require another add-on for the selected license.
There is a first-party support-term conflict: the current pricing grid says one year for Basic and Standard, while the license page says six months of technical support for those tiers. Get the support period, renewal price, domain rights and included add-ons in writing before checkout.

Before you choose
Run a fictional booking on the actual WordPress page: choose a service, verify the eligible staff and time slots, complete the information and payment steps, then check the appointment record. Repeat once for a staff holiday and once for a service with buffers.
Separate confirmation from payment collection. Configure the waiting period and success/failure status behavior, then check the appointment’s payment detail so an approved status is never mistaken for a settled transaction.
Budget for the plugin license, WordPress site administration, selected domain/staging rights, payment processing and any add-ons. Because campaign prices and support wording differ across the official pages, save the live order terms for the specific tier.
