Find your fit
Who it is for
A solo service provider can publish one booking page, set service hours and let customers choose available times. Test the page with the actual service length and a busy personal calendar before sharing it widely.
A class or workshop operator can offer group sessions and recurring dates. Check how the selected plan counts bookings and how a client receives confirmations if a session changes.
A small team can manage the day through the mobile app and keep client booking history together. Decide which staff need access to which calendar and which client details before importing an old contact list.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Create an online booking page and share its link from a website, social profile or email. Set start times, intervals and service-specific hours so the visible choices reflect what staff can actually deliver.
Bookedin supports one-to-one appointments as well as classes and workshops. Repeat sessions can be set daily, weekly, monthly or on a custom cycle; test conflict handling before relying on a recurring series.
Custom booking forms can ask for information before the visit. Keep questions focused on what the service needs, and check how the answers appear in the client record.
Email confirmations and reminders can carry service-specific wording and attachments. Text reminders can request a confirmation reply. Build a sample journey from booking to reminder to cancellation so customers receive the right messages at the right time.
For paid services, Bookedin can require a deposit or payment at booking, or send a later payment request. It connects to Square, Stripe or PayPal; confirm the processor, settlement and refund path that applies to the business.
The mobile app gives staff booking notifications and appointment management. Bookedin also advertises two-way calendar sync, which should be tested against real blocked time before the booking page is opened to clients.

Pricing and getting started
The public comparison shows Free, Plus and Pro. At the time checked, Free lists 50 bookings per month and Plus and Pro list unlimited bookings. Use the actual booking count and any needed reminder or payment feature to choose a tier.
Texts have a monthly limit by plan and country, and Bookedin advertises top-ups. Verify how many texts a normal booking cycle sends and the cost in the intended country; do not assume every reminder is included without limit.
The site offers monthly and annual billing choices, but the static source capture did not reliably show a numeric subscription price. Request or inspect the current amount for the selected plan, calendar count and country.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Set up one representative service, then make a harmless test booking from the public page. Check available times, confirmation content, staff notifications and how the booking appears on both calendars.
If classes matter, test a recurring series and a changed session. If forms matter, check what a customer sees and which data the business retains.
If collecting deposits, test the intended processor connection and customer payment step with an approved safe method. Confirm local processing fees, refunds and whether pay-later requests fit the business workflow.
Before committing to a plan, verify current booking and text limits for the country, the actual paid quote and which reminder features the chosen tier includes.
