Find your fit
Who it is for
A solo consultant or service provider selling appointments can publish a page with separate offerings and let clients choose an available time. Test a free consultation and a paid service separately because the entry plan is for free bookings while payment collection is listed on higher tiers.
A small team can give members booking access through a shared team page and evaluate round-robin assignment. Try one direct-to-person booking and one pooled booking to check whether the right staff and payment account receive each.
A business offering classes or events can use group booking and attendee limits. Before public launch, rehearse a full event, a cancellation and an over-capacity attempt, particularly if a higher plan is needed for charging attendees.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Pages and embeds. Customize the booking page with offer descriptions and branding, or place the calendar or service on an existing website. Check mobile layout, page ownership and whether custom domains or brand removal are included in the intended tier.
Scheduling rules. Per-appointment availability, booking cutoffs, preparation padding, participant limits and rescheduling boundaries can shape which times visitors see. A sample booking near each boundary is the quickest way to catch an unintended opening.
Connected calendars. The vendor describes two-way sync, time-off blocking and client time-zone display. Test one busy event and one appointment change with the actual external calendar before relying on it to prevent double bookings.
Intake. Custom fields can gather booking-specific details. Keep the form short and verify who can access the answers, especially if a team page is involved.
Notifications. Confirmation emails and email/text reminders are described. Review recipient, timing and wording in a test appointment; plan SMS limits may change the operating cost or coverage.
Group bookings. Single-person appointments sit alongside classes and events with participant limits. Test the capacity and cancellation behavior for the actual offering, because the paid class path is plan-dependent.
Paid bookings. Cappuccino and Latte list charging for bookings, and the vendor names Stripe, PayPal and Square payment integrations. Confirm processor availability, settlement owner, taxes, refunds and fees before collecting real payments.
Team administration. The Teams page lists round-robin assignment, company-wide reports and both company-wide and per-member payment paths. Define who owns a booking and payout before adding staff seats.

Pricing and getting started
Freelancer plans are paid subscriptions. The viewed monthly prices are Espresso $10, Mocha $12, Cappuccino $20 and Latte $30; the same page lists lower per-month equivalents when billed yearly. Confirm current currency, tax and total charge at checkout.
Espresso is presented for free-to-client appointments, Mocha for custom-domain branding, and Cappuccino/Latte for charging for bookings. The Cappuccino section contains conflicting branding inheritance text, so inspect the live entitlement list before choosing between Cappuccino and Latte.
Teams has a separate seat calculator and optional Teams Pro at an extra $5 per seat per month. The captured example showed 3 users and $8.50 USD/month, but the quantity control and billing toggle were not operated; request the actual team quote for the needed seats and payment structure.
A 14-day trial is advertised without a credit card. The pricing FAQ says subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled or downgraded before the next charge and does not charge setup or cancellation fees. Confirm the signup offer and export/retention terms before committing important booking history.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Run an end-to-end test with the intended public booking page: choose a service, check its time zone and cutoff, create and reschedule an appointment, then inspect the connected calendar and notifications. Use harmless test information and do not assume sync or message delivery from the public feature list alone.
If taking payments or running a team, verify the current tier and processor terms separately. A free-to-client appointment is different from a free software subscription, and subscription pricing does not establish payment-processing fees.
This profile uses current public Book Like A Boss pages. No account, appointment, calendar connection, notification, trial signup, price-calculator interaction or payment was operated.
