Who it is for
A PMO or operations group juggling shared staff can start with one request, turn it into a plan, assign tasks and then compare progress with capacity across projects. This tests the connected workflow before a larger rollout.
A team that mainly needs task tracking can trial Lite’s views, single workflow and dashboards. A group needing time, budgets, workload and more workflows should evaluate Team; portfolio allocations and cross-project dependencies point toward Enterprise.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Task management. Create tasks and milestones from a project request, then use the project views to keep owners and work visible.
Project planning. Set dependencies in the Gantt view to show the order of work; check the selected plan before relying on dependencies across projects.
Project reporting. Track project progress and compare planned with actual work using the status and dashboard views.

Pricing and getting started
Lite is listed for small teams with unlimited projects and tasks, core views, one workflow, reports and dashboards. Team adds time tracking, critical path, budgets, workload management and approvals. Enterprise adds portfolio analytics, resource allocations and cross-project dependencies.
The default pricing view shows Lite at $9 and Team at $24 per user per month when billed yearly, with Enterprise on a contact-sales basis. The FAQ calls prices USD, while the page also shows a CAD selector; verify region, seat count and final checkout currency and total.
The PM page advertises a 14-day trial. Its FAQ describes guest access without separate guest licences up to the stated limit. Confirm your intended guest count and trial terms before moving real project data into the workspace.

Before you choose
Lite’s single workflow may suit a straightforward team. The current help guide says Team and Enterprise allow unlimited workflows, so test whether separate teams actually need different status paths before choosing a tier.
Birdview’s general Gantt guide describes setting dependencies; the current PM pricing page places cross-project dependencies in Enterprise. Build a small within-project chain in the trial and check the tier before depending on links across a portfolio.
PM reporting includes progress and planned-versus-actual views. Snapshots can be shared by PDF or HTML and can include detail such as dependency and health information; choose what stakeholders and guests should see before sharing a real project.
The vendor also sells Birdview Professional Services. This PM listing does not assume PSA-specific client billing, invoicing or service-finance features. Check the exact product and tier on any sales quote.
Compare the product’s intake, task, Gantt and reporting flow with one representative internal project. No task edit, cross-project dependency, snapshot share, trial signup or checkout was tested for this listing.
