Find your fit
Who it is for
It suits businesses that repeatedly send priced proposals, statements of work or similar client documents and want a consistent way to reuse terms and service descriptions. The quote use case is clear, but buyers should decide whether they need the broader document and acceptance features before paying for higher tiers.
A team with multiple reviewers should check the Enterprise tier before assuming manager approval is available. Internal approval is conditional on manager permissions; client signing is a separate step after the document is ready to send.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Start from a template or a blank document, add pages and content blocks, and pull standard terms or case studies from the Content Library. A small sample proposal can show whether the template and reusable content model fits the way your team writes.
Add a pricing block with products or services. The vendor says totals update when items change, including tax when configured; the table can express quantities, discounts, recurring prices and add-ons. Check a complicated quote with your own sample numbers before sending it to a customer.
Currency and tax can be set for a particular document. Confirm that optional products, payment timing, tax rounding and the final amount display the way a recipient will understand, especially if a quote has both one-time and recurring charges.
A sender enters recipient details and can select which recipients are required to sign when a signature block is present. The built-in signature flow is convenient, but confirm your approval, identity and record-retention requirements for the agreements you issue.
After sending, document tracking can report receipt, opening, reading, downloading, forwarding and signing events. Use those signals for timely follow-up, while treating a tracked view as activity information rather than proof that a prospect agrees with the quote.
Where manager approval is configured, a sender requests approval before sending. A denial returns feedback for revision and resubmission. Test who can edit, approve and send under your actual roles; this control appears in the viewed Enterprise plan.
Payment can be enabled after a connected processor is configured. Better Proposals lists Stripe, GoCardless and PayPal; the sender can choose an amount due after signing. Confirm processor availability, fees, deposit timing and what happens if signing succeeds but payment does not.

Pricing and getting started
The viewed pricing page shows Starter, Premium and Enterprise. Its selected annual-billing display is $13, $21 and $42 per user per month respectively. These are viewed figures; verify currency, annual commitment, tax and total at checkout, and compare the monthly-billing selector if that is the way your team will pay.
Starter includes the core pricing, signature, payment-connection and content tools. Premium adds features such as a custom domain and CRM/API options; Enterprise adds manager approval and deeper team controls. The comparison grid shows 10, 50 and unlimited monthly document sends respectively, so count both users and expected documents.
The vendor advertises a 14-day trial without a credit card. Payment collection through a proposal is a processor integration, so its merchant account, transaction fees and regional rules need separate review. Premium or Enterprise is needed if the vendor branding must be removed.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Prepare a harmless example with one base service, one optional add-on and a recurring charge. Preview the recipient view, check the displayed total, route it through the intended reviewer and send it only to your own test address before using a real customer document.
Decide where the accepted document, signature record and payment receipt will live after a client acts. Test the handoff to your invoicing and project systems, and confirm the document send limit and retention needs for your team.
