Agorapulse

What it does

Agorapulse is a social media management workspace for teams that publish to several profiles, work through social conversations, and report on results. Its calendar shows scheduled and published content; its Inbox handles supported comments and messages; its reports cover audience and post activity. Who it is for

A solo social manager can begin with Standard if ten shared social-profile slots and an organic inbox fit the workload. Agorapulse charges by user, so adding teammates changes the subscription cost without increasing the included profile allowance.

A growing team that assigns posts or conversations and handles ad comments should compare Professional. Advanced is aimed at teams that need saved replies, bulk inbox work, shared calendars or deeper reports; Custom covers larger enterprise requirements.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Publishing. Schedule and publish posts for connected networks, then use the calendar to inspect queued, pending, draft and published items. The vendor also documents approval and Shared Calendar workflows for team review.

Social Inbox. Respond to supported comments, DMs and mentions from one work area. Item types differ by network, and plan choice matters for ad comments, assignments and automation.

Analytics. Track engagement and post performance through supported reports. Audience, post insight and community management reports address different questions; X reporting requires the X Plus add-on.

Pricing and getting started

Agorapulse has a trial that starts with 15 days of Advanced access and can be extended once for a further 15 days, without a credit card. Its former general Free plan ended in July 2026; the free Archie option described in help is a narrower AI content workflow and should not be mistaken for the old management plan.

The current help table lists per-user monthly rates of $99 for Standard, $149 for Professional and $199 for Advanced; with annual billing the displayed monthly equivalents are $79, $119 and $149. Ten profile slots are shared across users on each of those tiers. Confirm the regional quote and any extra profile seats at checkout.

Standard covers unlimited scheduling, organic Inbox and basic reports. Professional adds post and Inbox assignments and ad-comment monitoring. Advanced adds saved replies, moderation rules, bulk actions, shared calendars and broader reporting; Custom is quoted separately.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Plan the collaboration workflow before buying seats. Standard is suitable for one operator, while the vendor places assignment and ad-comment tools in Professional and saved replies or advanced moderation in Advanced.

Inbox support is network-specific. Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Business are named, but the available comment, review or message types differ by connection and platform API.

Reports are not live telemetry. The vendor says they sync daily and some networks can lag by two or three days; X reports need X Plus. Check the exact report and export needed for each stakeholder.

The old Agorapulse Free plan remains visible in some older indexed pricing material, but current help says it ended on July 6, 2026. Use the current trial and checkout pages when evaluating cost.

SoftwareExplained has not connected profiles, published a post, replied in Inbox or exported reports. Features and prices are a 15 October 2026 public-source snapshot; account testing and checkout are buyer steps.
