Agiled

What it does

Agiled is a connected CRM and service-business workspace. A team can track a lead and deal, deliver the resulting project, and prepare an invoice while keeping client records together. It also covers documents, scheduling and a client portal, so the best fit is a business seeking one operational system rather than a narrowly scoped contact database.

Who it is for

Agencies, consultants and freelancers can use Agiled to keep sales context beside delivery and billing. A small team should first map who needs an internal seat and who is only a client contact, because contacts do not consume a team seat but collaborators do.

Service businesses with repeat client work can use a deal pipeline, project tasks and shared files to avoid re-entering the same client context. Check the actual handoff with mock records; the vendor offers several modules, but not every workflow is automatic by default.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Create a contact for a person and link it to the relevant organization. Notes, tasks, email and history then provide a place to check earlier interactions before another follow-up.

Use a deal for prospective paid work. Set an owner, value and stage, then move it through the pipeline as the opportunity progresses. Review uncertain values instead of treating the forecast as a promised sale.

A website lead form can feed new enquiries into CRM as contacts or deals. Test a fictional submission and verify the assigned owner and resulting record before connecting a public form.

When work is won, create a client project, assign tasks and track time. The project view brings together work ready to bill, invoices and budget information, giving delivery and finance a common reference.

Choose which project tasks, comments and files clients may see in their portal. Pilot with a fictional client account to avoid sharing internal notes or an unfinished deliverable.

An accepted estimate can become a draft invoice. Review customer, due date, line items, taxes and terms before sending it; acceptance and invoice delivery are separate steps.

Finance lets a team create and send invoices. The client portal can gather invoices, documents, projects, files and waiting items for the client, subject to the workspace’s sharing choices.

Pricing and getting started

Starter has one included seat and caps contacts, accounts, projects, invoices and documents. Pro, Business and Scale increase seat counts to three, seven and fifteen and expand feature and usage rights. Compare the live plan table with the workflow and volume you expect.

Extra team seats are advertised for Pro and above at $20 per seat per month. A client contact is not an internal seat; count the employees or contractors who need workspace access before budgeting.

Portal brand customization is included on Business and Scale or sold as an add-on for Starter and Pro. The public price page displays Starter at $24 per month on annual billing; select monthly or annual and confirm currency, tax and add-ons at checkout.

The advertised 14-day trial exposes Business features but not Scale-only AI Workers. When it ends, a paid plan is needed to keep working, while the workspace and data remain in place according to the vendor. Check the chosen paid tier before relying on trial-only features.

The vendor says upgrades and downgrades are immediate and billed proportionally. Before changing tiers, check whether seat, record, portal or automation limits affect the existing workspace.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Pilot the lead-to-invoice path with fictional records: submit a form, assign a deal, create a project, record time, accept an estimate and inspect the draft invoice. Confirm every handoff and tax field before client-facing use.

Review portal sharing as a separate step. A client may see projects, files and invoices, but the team controls which task details and comments are shared. Use mock content to check permissions before invitations go out.

Agiled spans CRM, project work, documents and invoicing, which can make rollout wider than a single-tool replacement. Choose one client workflow first and verify which records your team must import or maintain.

Trial behavior and annual-billing display may obscure the eventual monthly cost. Recalculate with actual internal seats, add-ons and the paid tier you will retain after the trial.
